PRODUCT(S) EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The Customer has 15 days following receipt of his/her order to inform JINJI to return or exchange the Product(s).
For that purpose, the Customer will use the return form that came with the order including all the information to proceed with the refund or exchange the Product (s). The Customer has to pay for the transport charges, except for the products with a manufacturing defect or do not correspond to the initial order of the Customer.
Any return or exchange is at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, to the following address:

Any articles return which are incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Customer would not be accepted.
The returned Product will be refunded or exchanged within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from its receipt by JINJI. Reimbursement will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or by check sent to the customer who placed the order and billing address. No return for cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.
If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, JINJI will not be able to refund the Products in question.
